My Complicated Grief

I lost my husband of 32 years in August of 2021. The day he died, 2 of our 6 children were called by a woman that stated she had been involved with my husband for the last 2+years. We were all devastated. She even came to the funeral home. She was made to leave. He had not told any of our children or his 2 close friends about her. It was a shock, but proven true. We were having problems, but still no sign of infidelity.

How do I process both griefs? This is overwhelming? Has anyone ever gone through something like this? I can not grieve my husband properly till I get through the grief of betrayal!

What an awful shock for you to discover such a betrayal after the loss of your husband.
